Steepade karamell malten i 70 grader i 30 minuter. Hade i 1 kg extract vid början av koket och sedan det andra kilot vid 15 minuter kvar. Kylde på 30 minuter. Tillsatte 2tsk irish moss.

Omtappning till sekundär 29/6. Jäste i lite för hög temp. Flasktappning 9/7.

Ölet smakar lite jästigt. En halvbra öl.
